1. How long is Shipping and Handling?
Due to the virus there has been some shipping delays. Processing could take up to 3 business days as well as shipping through Canada Post and the carriers could take 2-3 business days.
Once you receive your tracking number please reach out to Canada Post are whichever carrier was provided to you at the time of placing your order for any further questions. We will ship orders 2-3 times a week to ensure that you get your order as fast as possible.
Please give up to 10 business days and then contact us if you still have not received your package. All packaging will be disinfected before shipping. Please bare with us and thank you so much for shopping with us.
